  • What is the return policy?
    It is our hope that you are happy with every purchase from us but we understand returns happen! Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in its original condition. Accepted returns will be refunded in full within 14 days, to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us at andrew@anomadactual.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return label and any additional instructions for the return. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Exchanges will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Defective or incorrect items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with a return label and ship you a replacement item at no additional cost. Thank you for shopping with us!
  • Can I return clothing if I've already worn it?
    Sorry, that's a no. We only accept Items that are unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or signs of use.
  • Do I need the original receipt to return clothing?
    Yes please! If you do not have the receipt, we will settle for the order confirmation number in your email.
  • Will I receive a full refund for returned clothing?
    Yes, you will receive a full refund for the price of of the item, however we cannot refund shipping and handling fees.
  • Can I exchange clothing for a different size or color?
    Not the right fit? Not a fan of the color? We do offer free exchanges withing 30 days of purchase. However the item will need to be in unworn, unwashed condition.
  • What if the clothing I receive is damaged or defective?
    We do our best to quality check every item before shipping but we aren't perfect, neither is shipping! If you receive a damaged or defective item, PLEASE contact us asap at andrew@anomadactual.com. We will refund or replace the item at no cost to you.
  • Are there any items that cannot be returned?
    Yes! We care about each one of our customers but we have to draw a line somewhere! We cannot return items such as face masks or undergarments.
  • What is the preorder policy?
    We offer the option to preorder items that are not yet available for purchase or out of stock. By placing a preorder, you are reserving your item in advance and ensuring that you receive it as soon as it becomes available.
  • Payment for Preorders
    Payment for preorders will be collected at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  • When will i receive my preorder?
    Once you have placed a preorder, you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated release date of the product. Release Date: The estimated release date is subject to change, as it is based on information provided by the manufacturer or supplier. We will notify you via email if the release date changes. Shipping: Preordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Cancellation: You may cancel your preorder at any time before the product becomes available for purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Changes: Changes to preorders, such as address updates, can be made before the product is released. Please contact our customer service department to make any changes.
